This policy sets out what rwasialhamra.com collects, why, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
The site asks you to create no account, sets no tracking or advertising technology, and uses no analytics service. The only data we collect is what you enter in the quote form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number — optional
- Project details — optional
- A PDF, if you attach one: drawings or a bill of quantities
Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary operational logs of each request — IP address, browser type, time — to run the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to read your request, set the scope, come back to you with a price, and talk to you about it.
We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking.
There is exactly one, created when a member of our own staff signs in to the content editor and cleared when they sign out. A visitor is never given one.
Who has access
The people at this company who scope and price the work.
The site relies on specialist technical providers to host it and to deliver request messages to the company mailbox. They process data on our behalf and on our instructions alone, never for purposes of their own, and their servers sit outside the Kingdom — so your data is transferred out of it for the purpose of reaching us.
We share it with no one else, unless a competent authority requires it under the law.
How long we keep it
Your request and its attachment stay in the company mailbox for as long as the enquiry is live, and for no more than twenty-four months from the day it arrived. Then it is deleted.
If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you may ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent to our processing it.
Write to info@rwasialhamra.com and we will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in the Kingdom.
Security
The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Attachments are never published on the site and are not stored on it — they go straight to the company mailbox.
No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so please do not send through the form anything you would not send by email.
Who the site is for
This is a business site, addressed to owners, developers, contractors and consultants. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen, and we delete it if we receive it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever what we collect or who processes it changes. The date of the last update is at the top of this page, and the version published here is the one in force.
